Nason’s Creation’s built the Topanno Residence in the neighborhood Renton Hill in Renton, WA.

This home is a 6,400 square foot daylight basement home. It features an indoor pool, full accessibility for our client, a full apartment in the lower floor, and an elevator.

Nason’s Creations performed all of the carpentry functions of the home from the timber framing to the siding, and the interior finish carpentry. NCI’s team of sub-contractors made this home the true success story.
