In the spring of 2014 Nason’s Creations was contracted by Project Manager Ray Stevens at Schultz Miller for the framing of this beautiful 5,100 square foot home. Separately is a detached 2,300 square foot garage and workout room and to the East is 1,900 square feet of cantilevered deck space at the basement and main levels. Additional photos found here.
Right out of the gate it became evident to Ray that we could offer addition help to keep the project on schedule throughout construction to design the steel, coordinated the equipment and man power logistics. Nason’s Creations ensured that the framing layouts would accommodate structural engineering code, mechanical, electrical and finish requirements. Additionally, Nason’s Creations installed the cedar siding and soffiting for the home.
